Vanessa Pena – A Bright Star at Wilkins Refresh Cleaning Service

One such standout team member is Vanessa Pena, a cleaning technician whose energy, hard work, and positive attitude have made her an essential part of the team.

Vanessa’s journey with Wilkins Refresh began not long ago, but she quickly became known for her bright smile, infectious laughter, and her unwavering commitment to her work. She is a team player who goes above and beyond, regularly stepping up to assist the company in ways beyond her regular duties. Recently, Vanessa has helped with the hiring process, lending her keen eye to ensure new team members are the right fit for the company culture.

A native of Hernando, Mississippi, Vanessa is proud of her Mexican heritage and is currently pursuing a degree in forensic science at Mississippi State University, with hopes of becoming a crime scene investigator. Her passion for problem-solving and helping others shines in everything she does, whether in her studies or as part of the Wilkins Refresh team.

“Working at Wilkins Refresh Cleaning Service has been such a great experience for me,” Vanessa shares. “I love the friendly environment and the amazing coworkers I get to work with. This is a job I truly enjoy!”

Vanessa’s interests outside of work also reflect her vibrant personality. She enjoys crocheting, a creative outlet that allows her to unwind, and is also an avid fisherwoman, finding peace and enjoyment in the great outdoors. When it comes to food and drinks, she’s a fan of lasagna and a warm cup of chai tea—comfort food for her busy days.
